In my current role at nuud, I support global B2B operations across Europe, North America, and Asia. I work directly with distributors and key accounts such as DM, Druni, Rossmann, H&B, Zalando, and Notino. My work focuses on daily commercial operations, financial tracking, and ensuring smooth collaboration across logistics, invoicing, and B2B marketplaces.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting global B2B operations across Europe, North America, Asia

  • Coordinating with distributors and key accounts (DM, Druni, Rossmann, H&B, Zalando, Notino)

  • Reducing overdue invoices by ~35% through structured debtor tracking and payment coordination

  • Assisting with onboarding and partner communication

  • Preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials

  • Resolving operational issues across logistics, invoicing, and B2B marketplaces

During my internship at nuud, I supported the B2B team across different international markets. I worked with retailers, distributors, and internal teams on daily operational tasks, onboarding, documentation, and communication. This role gave me practical experience in B2B processes, operations, and project coordination.

Main Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new retailers and distributors

  • Managed quarterly retention campaigns and coordinated email marketing campaigns

  • Preparing B2B marketing materials (booklets, onboarding guides, sales presentations)

  • Reporting weekly and monthly sales results

  • Coordinating with printers, warehouse, and customer contacts

  • Supporting new market entries (Croatia, Canada, Philippines, Italy, Switzerland, USA)

  • Managing marketplaces and keeping listings up to date

  • Communicating with key accounts and handling day-to-day questions/requests
